As I say in the article, it is legitimate to ask whether Cuomo is being railroaded on the sexual harassment charges. The most recent allegation of a sexual assault, however, is far more serious. I am hopeful the AG's independent investigation will determine whether or not this latest allegation has credibility. If it does, Cuomo should go.
