Caren: Thanks for reading the piece. I also was surprised when James promised to sue Trump. I don't think that will hurt the case. The complaint is very well done--they have the facts. And if DOJ decides to go all-out on Trump and pursue January 6 charges, documents/obstruction of justice charges, and tax/business fraud simultaneously, it will be a good day. I also expect the IRS to move aggressively.
