I agree that this election won’t be over until a new President, or Trump, is inaugurated on January 20, 2021.

You are right to be concerned about the possibility of either an upset (Trump winning) or election fraud.

Nonetheless, I believe it is prudent and appropriate to speculate on what the future may look like. I hope Biden is preparing for some of the immediate challenges that may lie ahead if Trump refuses to leave office or if there is major civil unrest.

I also note that every administration typically starts planning for their first 100 days well ahead of election days.
