I appreciate your reading the piece and commenting, but let me politely ask about your statement “Ukraine is not in ruins.” From what I see and read, there are billions of dollars in damage. Over two million people have left.

I haven’t seen a disciplined on-the-ground assessment of what has been destroyed, but it looks bad to me.
