I believe that if Trump is indicted, he will do all he can to delay the trial. If convicted, he will file every appeal possible. Given his age and state of health, I hesitate to predict he will be incarcerated.

I would be surprised to see a deal cut with Trump given that he is the top target of the current investigations.
