I read the indictment yesterday and there is one very direct reference to Trump participating in one of the acts of fraud charged against the Trump Organization and Weisselberg. I also understand from the NYT publication of Trump tax data last year that he engaged in fraud by having his daughter, an officer with the Trump Organization, also paid as a consultant.
