Since I wrote the piece, I have heard the same thing about the unindicted co-conspirator. I note that the indictment directly references Trump himself signing one of the Trump Revocable Trust checks involved in the felony charge against Weisselberg. The special grand jury is still meeting and Letitia James, NY AG, says the investigation is continuing.
