Thank you for your comment. I should have included that, at least as a paragraph under foreign policy. I tend to agree with your assessment, but am cautious in opining in this area because my background is more in domestic policy. Also, I did not address border security. In that case it is because I believe it is too complicated and too early to assign a grade to at this point.
