Thanks for a good response. The problem is that Biden decided he would run again, giving us the choice in November (it appears) of Biden or Trump. I believe Trump is a threat to democracy. I also believe that having a convicted felon in the White House will bring chaos to the presidency. (Ironically, that is what Trump said in 2016). Thus, although we need more honesty in journalism and the media, I welcome the press giving Biden a break.
