Thanks for your comment. As you might guess, I'm not quite there. I agree that Biden has a good grasp of many issues but felt he was rattling off talking points.

His expression of confidence in Harris was the only answer he could give when asked about her. I suspect he doesn't have the utmost confidence in her. If he did, he might be more likely to step aside.

I believe Harris is doing much better as a campaigner in recent weeks. I am not yet ready to say she grasps the issues well enough to be president. Maybe she is and I'll come around.
