Thanks for your comment. You’re right, I don’t know that Clarence Thomas is comfortable. My assumption was based on the fact that he hasn’t recused himself from cases involving the January 6 insurrection.

I am hopeful that the House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack on the U.S. Capitol will call Ginni Thomas as a witness. If she testifies, I think there may be some hard evidence that could serve as the basis to identify “obvious conflicts of interest.”
