The Disgrace in the Oval Office?
Not everyone agrees — and some ridiculous things are being said

Yesterday, after a friend texted me to ask if I had seen the blow-up between Presidents Trump and Zelenskyy, I responded that February 28, 2025 would be remembered as a day of infamy. The bullying of Zelensky by Trump and VP Vance disgusted and embarrassed me.
Since watching the video, apologetists like Senators Lindsey Graham and Roger Wicker (R-MS), my worry over the future of the United States as a leader of the free world has increased. Both Senators, once admirers of President Zelensky, praised President Trump for abusing Zelensky. I didn’t see that coming.
At first, I assumed the one-two punches of Vance and Trump were the result of Vance’s continuing attempts to please Trump and Trump’s mental decline rather than some orchestrated strategy designed to destroy American support for Ukraine. I still don’t know which is correct.
Importantly, in the middle of his abuse of Zelensky, Trump expressed sympathy for Vladimir Putin. After a reporter asked what Trump would do if Russia broke a ceasefire agreement, Trump ranted:
Okay, what if they broke it? I don’t know.
