Vampires in North Carolina?
Who was this now-closed blood bank serving in North Carolina?
I think I found evidence of vampires living in North Carolina. While visiting Brevard, I came across a building that must have been vitally important to some of the most feared residents of the area. My research is incomplete, but I believe Transylvania Trust was a blood bank.
The bank is now closed. Modern media is too ubiquitous for a business supporting the undead. As everyone knows, vampires are persons brought back from the dead who rise at night from their graves. Blood is essential for their survival.
After I spotted the blood bank, I observed some people walking around town. It was daylight, so, best I can tell, I didn’t see any vampires. I did spot a few people with pale skin who appeared grotesque to preternaturally beautiful.” (I hesitated to ask these people for permission to photograph them and use the shots for an article about vampires, so I am not offering photographic evidence.)
After walking around for an hour, I concluded it might be wise to leave town before sunset. Before I left, I snapped a picture of the now-closed blood bank. I suspect the needs of Brevard’s vampires are now being served in some basement or other facility. I guess that the undead live.
